Getting started

How many items do I need? Ten gets you your first outfit. Twenty-five makes the suggestions genuinely good. Most people photograph a closet in an afternoon.

What makes a good base photo? Full body, standing straight, plain background, daylight if you can. Phone propped at waist height works better than a selfie from above.

Photo tips for clothes: one item per photo, laid flat or on a hanger, against a plain surface. Avoid dim rooms; the tags are only as good as the photo.

Try-on renders

It doesn't look like me. Re-render once; the second pass usually fixes it. If it keeps happening, try a new base photo with better light. A failed render never uses a credit.

How long does a render take? About a minute. You can leave the app and come back.

Plans and billing

What's free? A set number of try-ons each week, one base photo, a few outfit and shop checks a month, one upcoming trip. The closet itself is unlimited.

Cancelling Plus: cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions; you keep Plus until the end of the paid period.

Refunds: handled by Apple or Google under their rules; we'll point you to the right place.

Your data

Export or delete everything from More → Account in the app. Deletion has a 7-day grace period, then it's permanent. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Use the Feedback box inside the app (More tab, or the button on any outfit). Every note is read by a person, and the ones we build get credited to the people who asked.
