The deal

Pairwell is a personal styling app. You upload photos of your clothes and one photo of yourself; we suggest outfits, render them on your photo and explain why they work. By using Pairwell you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You need to be 16 or older. Keep your sign-in email secure; anyone with access to it can sign in. One account per person.

Your content

Your photos stay yours. You give us the limited permission we need to store them, process them with our AI providers and show them back to you. Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don't upload photos of other people without their permission.

Free and Plus

The free plan includes a set number of try-ons and checks each period. Pairwell Plus is a subscription bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renews automatically until cancelled in your store account. Refunds are handled by the store under its rules. Top-up packs are one-time purchases and don't expire.

What we promise, and what we don't

We work hard to make outfits look right and renders look like you, and sometimes an AI render comes out wrong. A failed render never costs you a credit. Suggestions are style advice, not guarantees. Pairwell is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Fair use

Don't try to break the service, scrape it, resell it, or use it to generate anything unlawful or hateful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending things

You can delete your account any time from the app. We can close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Pairwell down, we'll give you notice and a way to export your data first.
